At Smileactives, we want you to be completely satisfied with your brightening results. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return your products within 60 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated Customer Care team via phone or email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the products (even if they are used or empty) into the original packaging or a sturdy shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.
Label and Ship
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it back to our processing center using your preferred carrier with a trackable shipping method.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
